In this episode, Tim shares what he calls the 3 R’s: Rest + Replenish + Reenergize. He shares the importance of each, ways to embrace and apply each to your life, and questions for you to ask yourself as you consider where you are in relation to the 3 R’s in your life.
The 3 R’s:
Rest – for contemplation + reflection
Replenish – it’s all about getting filled back up
Reenergize – fresh vitality, impetus, a moving force, impulse and stimulus

Laurie was born in France. At the age of 25, she moved to Africa and found a job there.
